IT'S RIB NIGHT!


                                                     

Ribs, ribs and more ribs, cooked by our dedicated rib masters (you know, the guys & gals in the Club).  It's all you can eat so come hungry. Delia will have all the usual sides - beans, coleslaw & cornbread.  For dessert we'll have Pears poached in Red Wine.

?????? Help Prep the Ribs:  Calling all rib masters: meet at the club Friday at 9am to prep the ribs!  This is a great way to make new friends.  Please bring your sharp knives and Texas hooks!



ADMIRALS TABLE
 - Want to contribute to the Building Improvement Fund?  Then consider reserving an Admirals Table for Friday Night Dinner.  For a mere $1,000 pesos you can reserve a table (up to eight people) for you, your guests and/or fellow Yacht Club members, who sits at your table is totally up to you.  So, what's included in your Admirals Table, which will be specially decorated & in a prime location (of your choosing); a bottle of house red or white wine, special pre-dinner Hors d' Oeuvres for you and your guests.  In addition, your table will be served first for dinner and receive special recognition during the evening.  Ready to sign up, simply email yachtclub@sancarlosyachtclub.com and let us know you want an Admirals Table.  There are only two Admirals Tables available each Friday night, and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, according to the time stamp on the emails.  The Admirals Table contribution is in addition to the cost of the meal.

Club & Bar open at 5:00 pm
Dinner served around 6:30 pm

Tonight's menu selections:

All-You-Can-Eat Ribs, beans, coleslaw, corn bread & dessert - $400 pesos

Entree salad with chicken - $350 pesos

Chicken Burger - $300 pesos

Vegetarian meal - $300 pesos
